Terms of return and exchange

1. Return terms

• You have the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt (in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection").

2. Conditions for return

• If the product has not been used and the documents (receipt) have been saved.

3. Return procedure

• Contact us via [email/phone/chat] for instructions.
• Fill out the return form and send the product to our warehouse.
• The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer (except in cases of defect).

4. Refund

• The funds are returned to the customer's card within 3-5 business days after the product is inspected.

5. Important

• Goods with signs of mechanical damage or violation of the integrity of the packaging are not subject to return.
